Boise’s Best Sandwich Shop
Even Stevens offers a full dine-in experience in our sandwich restaurant in downtown Boise. Just walking distance to many shops, our space is directly adjacent to Freak Alley, the largest outdoor mural gallery in the northwest.
Visit us when you’re downtown and enjoy one of our signature sandwiches. We can make any of our sandwiches with our famous gluten-free bread, always fluffy and sliced thick. Or try something from our breakfast menu. It’s available all day and features the highest-rated breakfast sandwich and breakfast burritos in Boise.
When you don’t have time to dine in, stop by and grab an order to go. You can order online or with our mobile app and we’ll have your take-out order ready when you arrive.

One day in Downtown Boise, a man with a sharpie started drawing on the backdoor of a little diner called Moon’s Kitchen. When the owners of Moon’s Kitchen caught him, they looked over at his handy work, and told him to keep going.
The rest is history unfolding at Freak Alley, an outdoor street art gallery now run as a non-profit founded by that dude with a sharpie, Colby Akers. The 30-foot brick walls and back alleyways create an inclusive gallery space for artists of all skill levels to make their mark.
The backdoor of Moon’s Kitchen is now the backdoor of our sandwich shop, but it will forever bear the original signage. A roomy patio stretches out into the alley, and makes the perfect spot for a sandwich, a cold beer, and a good view of live art taking place at any of the gallery’s numerous annual events.
